Drawing at Hermeto Pascoal site

At Hermeto Pascoal's official web site is featured a drawing of mine, I have made live in Sines World Music Festival in 2005.

Hermeto's sensitivity makes him capture things others's don't, like wizards do. The nature, the time, the people: his music is just so full of life everywhere.

From Miles Davis to Elis Regina, he played with some of the most talented musicians in the planet. If you don't know his music yet, it is worth to check it out.

Erlend Øye @ Vodafone Mexe Fest

Was hard to get on that sold out concert hall but as soon as I sat, I slid into the music's mood. Even though some technical problems, all musicians were fantastic (Maurício e Viktor bravo!). Loved their attitude - all happy to be playing for us!

The color of my drawing was on his jeans and the pattern I created came to me as I feel that Erlend's ideas and music turn into flowers. Simple and very beautiful.

The music was sweet and I pictured Nanna Øland Fabricius, with her light pink dress and dotted mustard shirt, in a house made of candy, dancing, jumping, singing and playing...

Drawing live Elena Tonra in a completely full Coliseum among an energetic public was certainly not the easiest thing to do, but it was worth it.

As soon as I saw them, I had this vision of drawing her as if out of a dream, out of a wish, out of an Aladdin lamp or something that could represent that. It was also my illustration of Daughter's music coming to life, out of someone's dream that some day, out of an aquarium, among Neptune purple waters, broke free and wrote those beautiful songs.

Vahagn and the Sky People is the one of the projects of the Dj Vahagn Voskerchyan.
The moods were pumped up and the room was crowded. The music sounded great, tons of groove up in the clouds.

All I felt like was forgetting about the world and life's sours and dance, just dance!
A pity the gig wasn't later and with a proper dance floor.

If the band is from the sky than Vahagn is from heaven.
